gotchi figures wont work , for music city

I keep putting in my figure , and when I go to PC it gives me a code I log in but when I go to the redem code shop thing it says:"Hello! To buy special items you need to attack your gotchi figure to your tama-go.adding different gotchi figures will change the items in your shop" But my figure is in

Has this happened to anyone?

It hasn't happened to me. Make sure it says "Welcome" on your Tama. Then, with your character still on, go to the PC button and et cetera.

There are two types of Character Figures (Gotchi Figures): the one that comes with the Tama-Go, and those you purchase separately. The one that comes with the Tama-Go is a lite Character Figure. It's got only one game (Cradles), and doesn't have a restaurant nor shop. The ones that you purchase separately are full-feature Character Figures. They have two games, a restaurant and/or a shop.

Unfortunately Marjorite & Imotchi's messages are a bit imprecise. You need to use a login password from when a full-feature Character Figure is attached.
