Megatchi is said to come from the worst care. I don't think of it as a bad tamagotchi though. He's so cute.
There is no good or bad character as long as you love and care for your tamagotchi.

Too right. Don't get caught into this trap of good and bad care tamagotchis. For every person who says they got a tama through neglect, there will always be someone who cared perfectly for theirs and got the same one.

Yes- the character comes form bad care. But it doesn't always mean tat you have been taking bad care, necessarily. Just be happy that your Tamagotchi is alive and healthy, and that is the most important.
