Got a Knightchi for my first P's adult. Kind of a pain that he doesn't like the standard dinner but, at least there are cheap restaurant items like sushi and sausage. He's a cool little guy, though.

By standard dinner, do you mean the rice bowl? I'm pretty sure that all of the adults dislike the rice bowl. I still feed it to them anyway. :P

My L.I.F.E. Mametchi died tonight at the age of 16. I could have taken better care of him but, I was getting sort of lazy. Sorry, little guy.

I like how the v4 and 4.5 actually don't share many characters. So why is the 4.5 the 4.5 anyway? Is it just due to it working pretty much the same way?

Yeah, it's like a 'mini upgrade' that has extra stuff but is still very similar to the previous version.

I know barely any Japanese but, the P's is pretty easy to navigate, and of course the topics from here and Tama-Zone helped. Not to mention ichiro replying to my statuses. Only thing that threw me off really was how the medicine icon is now a Four-leaf clover. Any explanation for that? Or does Bandai just like Four Leaf Clovers?

They changed that a while ago. I think the first model to have the clover instead of the medicine icon was the original iD. (I still don't really understand it, though.)

You also use it when your character is depressed and/or is about to leave. Four-leaf clover usually means "the best of luck". According to binary, this has no cultural meaning or whatsoever.

Huh. That's different. Just looked at the character chart for Tamagotchi P's and there are 2 more girl adults than boy adults. Typically the split is even.

Yes but, I'm talking in terms of Tamagotchi. Up until the color version, either gender could be a Tamagotchi adult or they were split. Though obviosly the male/female ratio is somewhere between 1 in 2 and 1 in 3. As in 1 male for every 2 females.

I would say about equal to the IDL. If you know you are going to be busy, have it sleep during the day.

I don't have the P's yet but colors aren't that needy anyway, I don't think it's any different. And in it you have the kindergarten/school option too.

So how exactly does work uh...work...in the Tamagotchi Connection? My Tamagotchi just shakes her head when I try to choose it. Do Adult Tamagotchis only work at certain times of day or what?

The V6 is nice but imo , is to needy... Maybe the V5/V5.5 . But if you wanted to connect tamas maybe the V4 they're usually cheap anyhow .

I just read about the whole "Ura Tamagotchi" thing, it's pretty interesting that the inside of the Tamagotchi Planet is filled with strange and opposite tamagotchis.
