Amber-Cakesmagic circle is the best! :)
once you get the hang of it you will love it.
I really only crochet stuffed toys so i make everything in the round. Magic circle will be your best friend for this.

My n00b question that I'd appreciate if someone could answer: Why are 北, 南, 東, and 西 basic? I learned these many years ago in Chinese school, but I never understood why these are basic. I'm bringing it up now because because I'm learning Jap <_<

Where there is a will there is a way hihi
Does anyone know what size of yarn and hook I should use for my iD L covers? Please, answer my question fast, I'm going to Micheal's today. :)
Amber-Cakesi knit more than i crochet, but for something small like that i wouldn't go anything thicker than a size 4 worsted weight. You could use a 3 sport weight if your hook is small enough.

kuchipatchi.is.blue55Calyssa says to use a 2.5 mm hook with yarn meant for 3.5 to 4mm knitting needles, but I made do with a 4 mm hook and yarn from a specialty knitting shop. Trial and error! Sometimes you have to alter the pattern in order to make a cover that fits. ;)
