Just found a load of songs I wanted to get on my Ipod. They were in a file called Compilations. I'm happy. What does compilations mean by the way?

Yes, in iTunes when you right-click on a song and go to "Get Info" (or at least that's what I do, I'm on a Mac) there's an option to check off that says "part of a compilation." It means that, for example, you might have a soundtrack from a movie that's done by several different artists. Checking off "part of a compilation" on every song in that album will ensure that they will all be grouped together even though they're all by different artists.

The Compilations folder is probably just where all of these files are stored.
