I can't believe people who bash on the newer pokemon generations since they "have no creativity". Kanto had pokemon based on magnets, eggs, balls of mud, and clowns. Every Generation has their flaws. each has a handful of amazing pokemon, as well as a few who.. arent so great. a TRUE pokemon fan loves all the generations. #GENEQUALITY2013

I don't think it's really bashing on the newer generations. It's more a lot of people grew up with the older generations, thus having more sentiment for it. A for me. I grew up with the first generation and have seen them all by now. It's not the same for someone who stepped into the world of pokemon a few years later.

For me it's more the art style. I'm not really a fan of the new art style they've taken Pokemon in. I prefer the simpler early gens, they just seemed 'cuter' to me.

TicTax is correct - it works for everyone! And actually, the majority of members were in favour of the logo change, but TT staff were able devise a plan to please everyone. :)
