IT MAKES NO SENSE! I only eat one meal per day and I don't even eat stuff like candy and cupcakes and I get a LOT of exercise and yet I'm fat. X_X My brother literally eats four times as much as me and sits at his computer allll day and yet he's a stick! W H Y ?

    Yea only one meal a day is not healthy...Eating too few calories for prolonged periods of time (though research is now showing even a week is long enough) can send your body into "starvation mode". Basically when you deprive your body of the calories it needs your body thinks that food supply is limited so when it is fed it converts it directly to fat (your body's energy store).     What nightspiritwings said! Try to eat three light meals a day and a healthy snack between each meal. Things like salads or an apple are perfect. This way your body knows it'll get food in every few hours and burns the calories instead of converting it into fat to store it. Also, try to keep track of what you eat so you'll be sure that you don't overeat. And keep up the exercising of course :)
