I let it die/"leave" due to moving and not remembering to change the time. I awoke to my Shigurehimetchi drifting off into space, and left a kind note. I was kind of mad at myself and removed the batteries, since I had Tama P's within the next 2-4 days. But~ how I missed it's simplicity and nicer buttons.
