Yes, I think, also, that these look promising. The fire type looks like it will be breaking the fire-fighting pairing and, the water type looks to be more, just more than Oshawott. The grass type looks like a pot plant.

I concur I thought black and white were worse than the others and diamond and pearl were the tipping point but these two look better than I expected.
