I have a V3. My parents AND grandparents disappeared. How do I get them back?
P.S. This happened before and I didn't get the parent back

That always happens, don't worry 
when you go a few more gens you will get the the new parents and grandparents.

You can only store 3 generations in the parents list. When you have more than 3, the great-granparent will disappear!

How old is your tamagotchi? If it is in the adult stage then the parents from the parents list will dissappear. It has happened to many times. If you go to tamagotchi town and go to parents, make sure that it is when your tama is still a baby or a toddler. PLEASE sent me a message when you get this!!!!!
