Help me!

okay so my friend. or at least i thought she was my friend. told the boy i like that i like..well that happened at the biggening of the year but today he just started talking. he said to my other friend that, lets call her Nn. he said to my other friend that Nn told him. so he asked me if it was true and guess what!! I didn't think at all. i just said, "yes...she was telling the truth" it just glidded out of my mouth i had nothing else to say so i went to chat with some friends....i don't know what to do now....help!?
