It's not a Tamagotchi, and there are no labels claiming for it to be a Tamagotchi ; it is called a digipet.

In other words, an alternative type of virtual pet, not a tamagotchi.

Not a Bandai Tamagotchi, that's for sure. I would not get it.

That's basically the seller trying to say "although this is FAKE, it still connects with tamagotchis!" See how it refers to tams as a "well known Brand Product"? The seller is trying to not step on any copyright toes while making it sound like the item is able to connect with tams.

Definitely fake.

Definitely not a good buy.
