tama v3 ruined!

my tama v3 got ruined the other day. i worked so hard on it!!! i dropped it but it was fine for half an hour. my family went out so i put it in my sisters handbag and when i took it out half an hour later there was a line in the middle of it and its broken now!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME OR TELL ME IF YOU KNOW HOW TO FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone reported on finding that their v3 had a "line through" the screen. When you dropped it, you probably damaged the LCD screen, which caused the line to appear. You probably also joggled some of the internals with the drop... unfortunately, the only way to really fix this is by buying a new v3. I'm sorry about this. :<

i know how to fix it you could open it up and work on the screen or any thing else that might be broken

I supose you could open it up, if you have a veeerrry small screwdriver then you could have a 1 in a gazillion of a chance it may work, Otherwise maybe you could ask a family member, or take it ato a toy shop, or evn if your lucky, a bandai shop?!

My friend dropped hers and wen she picked it up there was this black thing in it like a leaf or summint.Too bad!

I'm sorry but you cracked the LCD screen this is sadly not fixable... Your tama is probably still working it's just nothing is showing on the screen so it's broken. Sorry!!

there is another way to fix it! first,first get a virtual pet or a fake tama( there worth about 4 to 5 dollars) and open it. then take out the screen in the fake tama with extreme caution and rest it upsidedown. make sure there are two pink things on each sides.then open your v3 tama and take out that screen. then replace it with the new screen you took out of the fake tama. put back the real tama together and voila! your tama is as good as new!

if this doesnt works then these are the reasons why:

1. you didn't set the screen in the right position or you put it upsidedown

2. you made one of those pink things on the screen slid off or broke off completely! (thats what the warning's for!!!)

3.your tama is broken, get a new one

You are right my friend droped her V1 and it had a line through it. We pressed the A button 5 times and then hit the B button to see if it would connect with my tama and it did! She bought a new one anyway and she takes very good care of it now.
