My V3 is up to it's 21st generation and a week ago, I wanted to view my tamas parents so I went to take a look but it wouldn't let me! I tried this week as well but it didn't let me view the parents again! Has it got something to do with the amount of generations my tamagotchi has? :)

 
V3s do that, they only store up to 3 gens and then they make so you can view greatgrand and grandparent, somtimes it can get a little confusing!. But you will get parents soon.
