Why could you not choose dowload? did the screen not give you a option? I don't know why this happened, could you please be more descriptive?
no it didn't give me the option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first i pressed the reset button and then i pressed the middle button..... it didn't give me the option but there was only the clock to set the time (to reset )

Possibly a glitch? You should've tried pressing the RESET button again and see if you got download as an option.
