what's wrong. it comes up only showing the tip of his head then it goes back down. why wont it show it??!!

Some tamagotchis just don't like showing their faces with make-up, this is normal. Or it may have messed up the make-up while putting it on, that happens sometimes.

Yup. That happens to tamas like Gozarutchi(I did it with him and it made a ah ah sound.) They are shy and like tamabloom said, they mess up too, and dun want you to laugh at them.
