v1 and v3

so I have a v1 and a v3.. can they 1. fall in love 2. Have babies and 3. connect at all?

also.. I have heard (from friends) that the same sex tamas can fall in love (if it has a potion) is this true?

Yeah, I have (well, had) a version 1 and 3 as well. I still have my v1 but my v3 is kinda broken. And to answer your questions:

1. Yes they can fall in love. Both Tamagotchi need to be opposite gender and at least 72 hours (unpaused) into the adult stage.

2. They can have babies. If the female Tamagotchi is a version 3, it will have two Teletchi, but it will go to the version 1's screen as a Babitchi and vice versa.

3. Well, if they can breed, they can connect.

And no you cannot get the same gender Tamagotchi to fall in love. Even if you could, you wouldn't be able to have babies knowing how lifelike BanDai is making Tamagotchi nowadays.
