i don't know but maybe there was something wrong with the battery!! my friend on tamatalk name unknown but her user name is rey mysterio and she put her battery in and then she had 2 baby tamagotcis!!!

 
I don't realy get what you are saying, the matchmaker bought dots?, when she came and you said yes the tama should have kissed and fireworks will go off, they look like dots, is that what you ment? and did you get a baby? I hope so.

This sounds similar to the problem Spudilike reported. On one of her V4 Tamagotchis, the matchmaker brought some lines, then her V4 locked up, forcing her to press Reset & select Download.
