Sometimes points disappear from my daughter's tama even though she hasn't bought anything. This didn't happen with her first generation character but is happening with this one. Any ideas / suggestions?

 
Thats odd. Never happened to me. Hang on, i am guessing you are talking about a v2 right? (not a keitai)?.

It has never happend to me.

maybe your tama goes on shopping sprees when you're not looking :wub: haha j/k. i don't have a V2 so i wouldn't know. maybe after the parent leaves the points go back to 0?

 
well when the parent leaves the points always go back to 0!!

 
no they don't. i have a v2 connexion, and everthing stays. the items, the points. Sometimes, points may disappear because you accidentally click on the shop. I do that sometimes.

 
The points will stay generation through generation... I have no idea why you're points are going down. Maybe you accidentally purchased an item when your Tama was in your jeans or something, otherwise your point total should NOT be going down :p .
