My Tama Froze

So i looked at my tamagotchi and i decided that i wanted to go on the computer with it. Last night, i looked at my tamagotchi and saw that NOTHING was on the screen. i reseted it and downloaded. today when i looked at my tamagotchi, it was fine. when i got on the computer, i went on my tama to the pc thing and i wanted to press b to go there but it wouldn't work. i pressed c. nothing. finally i pressed a like 3 times and nothing happened. 3 seconds later, i saw 2 lines on the screen and everything went blank.maybe its the battery? inever saw the low battery sign....... is this a glich?

This sometimes happens if the battery gets half way out, thy pushing it back in and taping it in (be carful doing this), than reset download and it should fix it.

Is your tamagotchi a version 4?

The version4 tamagotchi is very well known

for having glitches and problems.

You could return it to the store and get a new one

if you still have the recipt.

If not contact BanDai they might give you a new one

lots of people have gotten new tamas from them.

It could also be a dud or a bad battery when you replace it make sure

that you use a 3VOLT CR2032 watch battery.

My version3 had a soddering problem and the bottom row

of icons didn't show I could select them but they didn't light

up. I had gotten it from Wal-Mart and didn't have the recipt

any more, but I retured it and got a new one, because, they

didn't care. It wasn't even the same walmart I had bought

it from in the first place!!!
