We are on Version 4. It's taken 3 years to go from the tama plus to V4. And now, they are having .5 releases. If we continue at the same pace, it won't be another 3.5-4 years before v9 comes out. Heck, it may never even come out. I have no idea what it's going to be like since I don't possess such forsight - I doubt they are at all worried about what the v9 will be like at Ban Dai right now.

The faux "v9s" you find on ebay are "rubbish," though, since they are fake.

They are not fake! If the one you found is from Japan its real and if its not from

Bandi its fake.

There is no such thing as v9! Ebay ones are fake! They are only on v4 like gejitchi pointed out! I'd think that if bandai released v9's everyone would have to have them and there would be commercials like for v3's and v4's!

V9 We can't can't say if it's good or bad or if it will even come out! The "V8" you have is a FAKE. You can't get V8's, we are only on V4...therfore if you EVER see a tamagotchi that is higher than V4, has a pair, fake name or looks fake...DON'T BUY IT!!! Also, a tip...try not to buy tamagotchis off of E-bay, the tamagotchi's are usally fakes.

yes because if it wornt fake then they would not have put them on eaby so listen to autumn h34r: is my fave gotchi and gozarachi this is what my v4 tama looks like when i connect with my v3 and when my v3 connects with my v2

This topic is stupid.... use common sense. We are only on V4 and are about to get V4.5. Use common sense people! This is spam. It's obvious that its fake!

Not really. I bought my V2 and V3 off ebay. And they don't sell as many fakes as they used to. I looked for V4s and I see a lot of real ones. Same with V3's and V2's.
