take 10 deep breaths,

at the same time as counting to ten.

When you are done that pm me.

And hold your breath for 1 hour.LOL

Umm...Ok then? And it's normal for your tamagotchi to do that. So you need to stop worrying about it! And what are you screaming at??? Maybe you should talk to a counceler(sp?) to help you stop getting mad over nothing...? And only you can help yourself stop screaming...not anybody but YOU. We can't really do anything about this. But you should really see a counceler(sp?) before you get so mad you hurtyouself or somebody else. And I mean all this in a polite way...not a rude way.
