Sometimes but not recently because I never go outside and play usually.
OK when it is wet and cold and grey I get a good book, some snacks,(cookies,chips,grapes,etc.)and go into my playhouse and just read and eat and sometimes take my guinea pigs in with me or my cats. Then I am very very happy. I love cold dreary days.

Actually, it's a fact that kids are more active on dreary days, when adults are down and slow, but on sunny days kids are more willing to be inside, while adults are up and ready to fight. Hah, idk where i heard this from but, it just stuck with me.

Ummm not really for me. The only time rain makes me sad is when it gets my hair wet! I hate feeling damp on my head and clothes..then I start to feel sticky and uncomfy all day lol [i do not know why it makes me feel sticky, I just feel uncomfy]

That's pretty normal. You just need to find things to do inside.
Or realize how beautiful a rainy day can be. I know that sounds ridiculous but I'm a photographer so >_> Anything can be pretty to me
