They are therefore copying copyright things by bandai which is illegal.

JD is an illegal company.

They make FAKE tamagotchis.

Then Ebay say they are tamagotchis by JD.

They don't warn you to say they are fake.

So therefore it IS FAKE!!!

anything higher then a v 4.5 is a fake, thats the best way to know if your getting a fake or not.

I think it's a JD. The characters really do look like some of the ones JD tried to copy.
