Every time my Mizutamatchi hearts drop to 3, she looks down like she's sad?

Please Help

The happy level? That can happen I believe after your Tamagotchi gets sick and has the hearts down. Did it have empty hungry hearts? And also, what exactly do you mean by "sad"?
