alrighty, i went to my shopand there was something for 2800p, so i tried to buy it but it wouldn't let me! I had 13500p! its strange.

BTW: the item looks like an ipod :(

i know why.coz even though u have heaps of gotchi points u still cant buy it coz the price has beat ur gotchi points price 2.

Your Tamagotchi character can carry only so many things around with it. If you've loaded him down with too many meal/snack/items get rid of some (eat a meal or snack that you've purchased) or use a one-time use item. Then try in the shop again.
