The de-bug is not a button, it is two small round silver half-circles that say "debug" above them This might help .
Yea I debuged once and when you do it there are two half circles at the bottom left of your battery.
I would advise that you don't debug your tamagotchi because it could totally destroy your tamagotchi if you aren't careful.
