nuuhh its a relly gewd character on v4

I thought it was a universial character, because it had high weight, low skill points, neglection,(ext. Check the growth chart. Read about the universial characters. ) But is it bad on V.3? ??

Some characters are seen to be 'good' because they have high intelligence and they are really hard to get as you have to take extra special care of them to get them.wt do u mean by "it's bad"?
Other characters are seen to be 'bad' because they are unhealthy or lazy.
It's basically a matter of opinion though
