My tama's name changed from Oasis to Masis. This happened after I found out her hungry hearts were all down, and I was sure they were full 5 minutes ago. Help?!?

 
This is a random problem that may happen on the V4. Try this: press the Reset button on the back, then select Download from the Download / Reset menu on the screen.
