I want to teach my new furby english but the question is how?? also how many english words and phrases would it be able to say.

I asked the same question when I got my '05 Furby.
You just keep talking and playing with it, and it'll slowly
pick up some English. The way I check is tell it to sing a song.
If you have an older '98 version, its the same concept. Except for the
telling it to sing a song.
