Well...you could debug your tamagotchi which enables you to fast foward

 
You can't grow your tama. fast into an adult...and debugging can be very risky

 
Just take good care of your tamagotchi! If you really want it to grow faster you can debug it but as they say if you do it wrong you have broken a part of your tamagotchi. Also I think it is less fun that way. But it's always your choice!
