I don't know if this is relevant or not but have you ever pressed C on your v4 and your tama comes up to the screen or something? Has it happened in other versions too?

 
No, 4 is the only version so far. It is one of my favorite features to V4. You can see your characters up close!

 
I think it only happens on V4 and Ketai (A Japanese Tamagotchi) :p

when wor tama is a todler it does a dance insded

 
Yeah, I think entama's does that to, some people on tama-zone are currently making a V4 Close Chart, it's kinda fun but hard to capture.

 
Babies don't do it though, no reaction at all. Toddlers dance, teens and adults come up to you. Some wink, some look like they are talking. I haven't gotten an old tama yet (I accept the matchmaker). Can anyone say what old tamas do?
