what does universel maen because i got two universel chrater on both my tamas and i want to no what it means i saw them on a groth chart as universal ^_^

[SIZE=14pt]I have 2 v3s and I didn't even know that there were instrustions. At my birthday party last year, when I got my first one, my friend said there wasn't instructions. And I don't know where my 2 v4s sheets went. Its probably somewhere in my messy, messy room.[/SIZE]
