Does Anybody know how to get bill he looks like one of the old peoples except he's not old :( :angry: :angry: ^_^ (dun dun duuuuuH)

 
Welcome to TamaTalk!! So, do you have a V4? if so you are out of luck, if you have a V3 you can get him, I have 3 times, I think you just take kinda lousy care of it, the times I got I took bad care but it might be random. Uh sorry if that wasn't much help

thx i have 2 v3s 1 v4 and a v2 and also (if ANYONE knows,if you know) How do get that poop guy whos all spakaly
