How do i debug my tamagotchi mini and entama?

I successfully debugged my tamagotchi connection V4, and i would like to try and do it to my mini and entama, but i can't seem to find a site that has any steps or record of a way to debug the entama or mini tamagotchis. Is it possible? If so, would anyone mind telling me how to do so?

Oh, ok, thank you, when i opened it up, the inside looked slightly different, which worried me....

 
you can't debug a mini. but i don't see why you would want to, because you could only choose like 10 characters.

as for entama, i'm not sure.
