My tamagotchi is a toddler and is zero years old. I ahve had it for nearly 5 days! Why wont it age?

u dont the lights turn off automatically as they replaced the lamp icon with envelope

so basically you have to just let it sleep on its own? Is a full night of sleep for them 12 hours?

I don't know about sleep, but I do know about why your Tamagotchi won't age.
Have you been pausing it? If you have, then that is probably why it is not aging. Try downloading it.
