Can someone who owns the game "Super Mario 64 DS" Game for their DS lite help me?

I need help finding the star "Switch Star of the Bay" In the water level. It is behind the wires, and I'm not sure how to recieve it, as the wires go up to the ceiling.

Any tips would be greatly appreactiated.

Sorry, no help here. I wish I would be of any help, though. Have you tried looking up the game on Google? When I was stuck on a level in Trauma Center: Second Opinion I looked up 'Trauma Center: Second Opinion Walkthroughs' and I found a website with great tips.
