i wanna try get a universal charectar how do i get it and my friend she has like alot of generations and she got a very very rare charectar and im not talking about makiko or tensaitchi or nonbiitchi . she said u have to get all the charectars special and universal to get it. its dat true? but frist how i get the universal charectar?
