Step by step guide to get a Friend Code in Pokemon!
1) Get the Pal Pad from Oreburgh City's Pokemon Center. To get it, enter the basement, and talk to everyone. One of them will give it to you.
2) Use the Pal Pad and choose '<Your Name>'s Friend Code'. It will tell you to connect to WiFi.
3) Goto the two women next to a door. Talk to one and choose to access WiFi. This will prompt you to get your Friend Code. Accept.
4) Check your Pal Pad again. Choose the same option as Step 2, and voila. You have a Friend Code.
It's easy.
