Is your tama an teen/adult character?

They use a toilet instead of a potty and it can look pretty big on the screen

It is not unusual: completely normal. My assumption is that at one stage of life, when your character goes to the bathroom it sits on a enlarged toilet.
Do not worry about it! :) Don't you sit on a toilet when you go to the bathroom? Isn't THAT normal? ^ . ^
