[SIZE=14pt]So, I was checking my mail (v4) and all of a sudden my screen went totally blank. I can't see anything, not even the little icons (food, mail, games, etc) and when I press the buttons nothing happens. Is my battery dead or is something else wrong with it? When my friend's tama's battery died, there was a flashing no battery icon on the screen, so I was just wondering what had happened. Thank you for all of your help![/SIZE] :)

 
Strange! I've never had that happen... the battery sign should show up for a low battery.

And even if, for some strange reason the sign didn't show up, the pixels would slowly fade and then the screen would go blank. I'd reset then download and hope for the best!

That happened with my V.2. Get a new one. That's the best you can do, cause, if the batteries were dead, the battery sign would show up. Stange, though.... mine still beeped and stuff...... :p
