My tama was a Y memetchi.

I had alot of skill points, it wasn't over weight and I never neglect it.

Why did my tama grew up into a masktchi

all i know is that those characters like masktchi come from low skill points and low care

maybe one time you paused it too long or maybe you left it for a long time unpaused

Did you change the clock during the day to make it sleep while you were busy/away? Pausing and things like the sleeping trick can also affect the grouth of your tama. 0_0 If not, then I am not sure.
