Serebutchi Not Graduating

I have a Serebutchi, an adult Uratama. He evolved somewhere in the 8:00 PMs and it has been maybe 2 or 3 days. It won't graduate. I need help!

I'm not fully sure (I don't own a uratama) but maybe you've been pausing too much.

Maybe You can Play some Games and raise your skill points. This MIGHT help. I have alot of V4s so I can help U!

I don't think that's the problem since v4 tamas graguates even if you don't have enough skill points and plus she/he is not talking about a V4. I'm guessing it's a glitch.
