I have revealed 4 worlds. Fun Land, I am stuck on.

My question is

How do you get to the control room? This dude told me to go ALL the way east --> and I did. I couldn't find it

Now I need ur help

Please, I really need answer

 
When you get to the underground shop, keep walking right and it's behind some bushes. Play around a bit.
