Hinotamatchi is a TEEN, Tamagotchis grow into Teens at age 1 and Adults (on V4) at age 2/3 depending on time you hatched egg/raised the baby.

 
its definitely normal, as they said, your tama turns into a teen when s/he is one-year-old.

My lil sis's tama grew into Hinotamatchi(teen,flamey guy)when it was 1 year old?Any answers??

My friend's tama didn't grow into a teen untill it was 8 years... :D And it's normal for them to evolve when they're one. :huh:

No it doesn't, they evolve when they're one no matter what. Unless it's a glitch like my friend's tama.
