OMG i had a adult mametchi and it turned into a tensaitchi!!!! :) :) how can this be possible :) :D

 
its definitely normal cause you got the special character.

you must have had your pencil points more than 350, and the total skill points is 450.

 
No, it's not weird. If you take a look at this Growth Chart Here, Mametchi can turn into a Tensiatchi. As Janicewong stated about 350 points in the pencil icon, and a combined 100 from the other icons.
