They have to be at least six before the matchmaker will come. Sometimes, they're a bit older, so don't worry. If you're connecting two, keep connecting until you have four hearts on the friendship screen. Eventually, they will have babies.

They have 4 hearts but they are both 3 years old

so.. that means even though you have 4 hearts doesnt mean you will have babies in a second.. you have to wait till ur 6+
