but i got it... jus wonderin if its wierd or if i was informed incorrectly :p oh well :)

 
It is not possible to get Mimitchi on first Generation on Versions 1, 2 and 3 as Mimitchi is an Even Generation character and 1 is an Odd number, however Version 4 does not use the Odd/Even growth method so on V4 it is possible to get Mimitchi on the first Generation (I believe I did myself IIRC).
