well i am trying to beat the gym leader the grass type with my evolved piplup and well which type of pokemon should i use or what stage should it be???

 
thanks every one i beat it with water but it was actually pretty easy(for me)

 
in the pokemon games, you are not really supposed to train your starter pokemon to be your best pokemon, because your rival has the one thats good against it.
