Not really.. Some people can actually look it in a book or remember it. I remember that Budew learns Mega Drain around level 10 or so.

 

Yes, I have a question, On Pokemon Diamond.

Is it true that I can find Eevee in trohpy garden in the wild? Because I never seen it.. I guess it's rare. :)

I just look at Serebii.net or Marilland's website..

And Scyther learns Razor Wind at lv. 33, It learns slash at lv. 36.
